Best vegan / vegetarian cookbook for college students?

I was looking on amazon.com for some vegan / vegetarian cookbooks that do not require a lot of expensive ingredients and dark. I found some, but I am rather tired of buying a recipe book online without having to take a look to recipes / photos. So my question is: what vegetable cookbook I would recommend to your child, friend, neighbor, etc in the budget of a college student?

There are a couple of books by Carole Raymond that are directed toward college students. "Vegetarian Cookbook Student" and "Go Vegan Cookbook student.
