Vegetarian Diet Recipes

I am converting to a vegetarian diet Does anyone have any tofu that taste?

I'm trying to become vegetarian for any reasons.Does health has good tofu recipes containing no peppers, tomatoes, vinegar or orange juice really good taste? I can not eat food very acidic, because I had my gallbladder removed.

I saw some friends make fried tofu filled with rice flour. I tried it and it was great. You can make a cream sauce mixed with spices. Normaly I just cube and vegetation add to stews and noodle dishes. Some use spices are Turmeric, Asafoetida / Hing AKA (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asafoetida), various herbs, sometimes black salt, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black mustard seed oil appeared hot. Usually cook the spices in hot oil before adding the main course. The other thing I like is steak or tofu burgers TSP. I know that for some could remind them of the flesh, but I have vegetables for over 26 years and have no desire of the flesh. I just like the taste and convenience of a burger shaped piece of seasoned tofu. Actually much better than the tofu is paneer (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paneer). Fry in skillet and topped with a type of sauce and vegetables on the side, lol, I'm hungry now. I could go on and on, but there are many good websites with recipes and ideas. Besides, now I'm going to cook something, lol. So many dishes to do once you get into it. I wish you strength and good health.
