Please help.....Need to find an Italian Language Diatetic Cookbook?

For a friend of mine who's unfortunately been diagnosed with Stage I, diabetes. She is a spirited Italian woman who cooks fantastically but has difficulty reading the English Language. I have been researching this for 2 days without resolve. I can find some sites for Italian language cookbooks, but their preface is written in Italian, so I don't understand it. What I am looking for is an Diabetic Cookbook, written in the Italian Language with the preface in English, so I know what I am getting. Thank you very much!

Do you mean "Preface in English" inside the book, which it's almost impossible, or are you talking about an English description (on the website that sell it) of a book written in Italian?
You could search for a book written in Italian on an English-language bookstore using "cucina" or "ricette" or "ricettario" along with "diabetici" as keywords on their search engine.
Otherwise should be more useful asking advices for some specific books people personally now.
