Most of my readers have received great benefit from eating wheat bread instead of white, and they all can win rather than be used Allinson flour the whole meal instead of white for all cooking purposes. Those in all constipated, or suffering from hemorrhoids, varicose veins, varicocele, back pain, etc, should never use white flour in the kitchen. Those who are inclined to fatness must use the whole meal flour instead of white. Hygienists and health reformers should not white flour allow to enter their homes, unless it is to paste stickers bill or some stuff like that. Teeth children should not receive any food, but milk and water until the court at least two teeth.
All types of cuisine can be done with whole meal flour. In making ordinary white sauce or salsa vegetables, this is how we do it, fine chop onion or parsley, boil in a small amount of water, mix the flour and milk from all the flour, add a little pepper and table salt with warm water, and thus produce a sauce that helps for vegetables and potatoes. When making a brown sauce we put a little butter or olive oil in pan, let the bubble and sputter, dredge in flour Allinson whole meal, stir it around with a knife until browned, add boiling water, pepper, salt, a some tomato sauce, and then there's a nice brown sauce for many dishes. If I make very tasty fry finely chopped onion first and add that to it. White sweet sauce made with whole meal flour, milk, sugar and some cinnamon, cloves, lemon juice, vanilla or other flavoring. Yorkshire pudding, meatballs Norfolk, puddings and pastries and desserts can all be made of whole meal flour, and are more nutritious and healthy, and lie not so heavy as those made of white flour. Pancakes can be made with whole meal flour as well as white.
All types of pasta, pie crusts, by virtue of the scabs, & c., is better make Allinson whole meal, and much more butter, lard or dripping used are so heavy and cause heartburn, as well as those made with flour white. It is not a substitute for the pie crust is very tasty, not at all harmful. We call it "mass" and can be used for sweet and savory dishes.
