I freeze the juice with vodka?

Friends of my mom makes the BEST vodka sludge. She puts a bowl and mix of vodka and order one or juice then freezes. Then you just scoop some ice cream with a spoon and mixed with Mountain Dew when frozen. I can not remember the recipe for anything, though! Does anyone know of any good like that? I want a drink! lol
