What kind of roast meat in London?
necessary for a crockpot recipe
London is roast beef - meat generally flank, although it can also be a round top. Generally, it is marinated and grilled or broiled. For a crockpot, I would recommend you just get the "stew" you can easily find at your grocery store. If you already have the roast and are determined to do in the crockpot, it's worth trying. The worst that could happen is that it comes too * well done - falling apart ... which may be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on what you're looking for.
