Spicy Walnut Chocolate rose Chip Cookies Peanut Butter Cookies dough: 1 / 2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature 1 / 2 cup brown sugar 1 / 2 cup of sugar from sugar cane 1 egg 1 cup peanut butter 1 / 2 teaspoon vanilla 1 / 2 teaspoon baking soda 1 / 2 teaspoon salt 1 / 2 cup chocolate chips 1 cup all-purpose flour Spicy Nuts: 1 tablespoon canola oil 1 / 2 cup finely chopped walnuts 1 / 8 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 / 8 teaspoon ground nutmeg 2 tablespoons sugar Heat oven to 375 degrees F, a line two cookie sheets with parchment paper (or butter the pans). Prepare the dough first cookie. In a blender, mix the butter until smooth and creamy. Then add both the brown and sugar until well blended. After mixing, add the egg, peanut butter, vanilla, baking soda and salt. Finally, add the chocolate. On one side. In a medium skillet, add canola oil, heat in the range up to the chirping. Add the walnuts, and toss a couple of minutes until golden. Add the pepper and nutmeg. Continue to take 1 to 2 minutes. Finally, add sugar to soak in the goodness of all in the bottom of the pan. (I strive to ensure that oil will not mix cookie.) Add the nuts the mass. Finally, fold the flour into the dough, but do not mix very well. (If you need a little more flour, do not hesitate to add, but the nuts do for less than the need large quantities of flour.) Once the flour is folded, take spoonfuls of the dough, and place in the prepared pan. Press down with fork. Bake for 14 to 17 minutes (depending on your oven) until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Spicy walnuts add a crunch and a finish that is a funny surprise. YUM!
