is there a simple basic oatmeal cookie recipe?
I have a canister of old fashion oatmeal and want to make cookies. andyone have a simple tasty recipe. I don't want to buy pecans or walnuts or even raisons...just a simple tasty crisp cookie.
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. flour
2 c. Oats
1 tsp. soda (sifted with flour)
Mix with hands -- form small balls and flatten on ungreased pan. Bake 350 degrees.
