Does anyone out there has something to do for Christmas dinner that everyone loves and can share his recipe. Here is one for you and if you like eggnog you have to try. In a bowl put a gallon of whole milk in two packs of vanilla pudding, and about a tablespoon of nutmeg and vanilla. for a little more pleasure from just a little rum extract (optional) leave on for a while like you may have to bring a touch of nutmeg more .. another option is to put spoonfuls of whipped cream on top makes it very good taste .. I know my holidays this is sucked down with a lot of praise. if you want im sure you could go with low-fat?? But this is Christmas .... HAPPY HOLIDAYS :!!!!! Sorry for the misspelled word that is what happens when you trust me spell check .. I use vanilla pudding is just old not to cook ....
Marshmallow Squares INGREDIENTS * 1 / 2 cups flour 1 * 1 / 3 cup brown sugar * 3 / 4 cup butter * 3 / 4 cup cold water * 1 (1 ounce) package unflavored gelatin * 3 / 4 cup white sugar * 1 / 8 teaspoon salt 3 / 4 cup powdered sugar * 3 / 4 teaspoon baking powder * 1 / 2 teaspoon vanilla extract * 1 / 2 teaspoon extract Almond * A dash of food coloring DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). In a medium bowl, mix flour, brown sugar and butter until crumbly and well blended. Press mixture into bottom of baking pan ungreased 9x9-inch. 2. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until is firm and golden. Cool. 3. Pour cold water in a medium saucepan and sprinkle gelatin over it. Let stand 5 minutes. Add white sugar and salt. Simmer medium heat, stirring to dissolve sugar and gelatin. When the mixture is clear, remove from heat and add the icing sugar. Let stand until cool. 4. When the mixture has cooled to lukewarm, stir in extracts, baking powder, vanilla and almonds and any color of food coloring. Beat at high speed with an electric mixer until the mixture can have a peak. Pour over biscuit base and chill until the glare disappears. Cut into 36 squares and enjoy!
