Smoked Chicken Recipes

(ARA) - You do not have to go by the book to create tasty, easy, sociable food. Easy Peasy preparing food is all about cooking extraction to its bare essentials (do not call me Naked Chef for nothing!), using little techniques and conveniences to make the most of your recipes. It's simple: Skip the fuss and follow your heart.
Here are some tips to take the stress of cooking, whether you're bringing dinner to your partner or hoping to impress the new statutes:
Dinner-in-a-Bag
When Jools and First, he moved to London to be completely broke, our kitchen was the size a cupboard, and we worked opposite shifts. I did not want Jools to feed herself in frozen dinners, so I found him in the habit of making the fantastic "Jamie Oliver Dinners in a bag," The participation of glorious aluminum foil.
What I would do for Jools was make up a combo at 4 pm, as I went to work and write with a pen "25 minutes at 425 F, for example, in the foil. Despite Jools did not like cooking, I never had a problem by cooking the bags. Now we have our Amana range, however, is easier than ever - only the program the "Favorites Cycle", which allows me preset the cooking time and temperature of the recipes you use most often. Here's just one version, but feel free to vary the recipe with things like grated parsnip, smoked bacon and red wine.
Chicken Breasts Baked in a Bag
(Serves two)
2 7-oz skinless chicken breasts
1 handful of dried porcini
9 ounces of mixed mushrooms, torn
1 glass of white wine wine
3 large pats of butter
1 handful fresh thyme
2 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
Using wide aluminum foil, your bag by placing two pieces in the top of each (almost as big as two shoeboxes in length), folding in three sides and leaving one side open. Mix everything in a bowl, including the chicken. Place in your bag, with all the wine, making sure not to pierce the foil. Near the final edge, making sure it is properly closed and secure at the sides, and slide it into a baking dish. Place the pan on high heat for one minute to get the heat, then cook in the center of a 425-degree oven for 25 minutes.
When the time removal, the EASYRACK Amana oven rack, with its practical U-shaped design allows you to remove the pan without touching the hot rack. Then, simply place the bag on a large plate, bring to the table, break the paper, and start listening to the raves.
Bare-Bones Cooking Techniques
Here are some others bare bones techniques I've perfected my Amana range:
* If you invite friends to come, but everything is on short, pop up to four dishes of food in the separate warming oven. His glorious food not only keeps you warm, but also keeps the kitchen smelling wonderful until they walk in the door.
* If your dish is ready, but still has other things to cook, just slide the pot in the middle of the stove. The "heating zone" does not act as a burner session, keeps heat and release of other burners so you can finish cooking.
* If the recipe is a disaster in the oven, do not worry - the hidden bake element and the bottom of the oven soft, easy to clean up spills before it is cooked in disasters. The furnace you can clean the floor while in the midst of a dinner - just flip the mode of self-cleaning, pour yourself another glass of wine, and return to their guests.
