What is the name of this recipe?
My mother has made this as a dish for every holiday since I have memory and I'm 40. It tastes so good! I do not know what to call it and it does not. We just put in the bowl of rice. 1 can Campbell's beef broth 1 can Campbell's French onion soup 1 stick butter melted 1 cup of rice in pan 9 x 13 (spray bottom and sides), a mixture of the above. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
This is called rice French onion.
