Sausage Casserole

My first experience with sausages reached the tender age of eleven. I had just moved to Wisconsin from Illinois, where kielbasa sausage was the principal in my life. Polish sausage queen, and I was a proud Pole living in a suburb of Chicago.
As we were in our new home, I noticed signs for "brats" in local supermarkets. I was stunned and a little scary. Although a very good boy, I tended to be a little naughty from time to time. Went this is the reason to move north? I prepared for the worst. Imagine my relief when we went grocery shopping the first day and saw that "brats" was short for sausages.

Bake Bratwurst
What you need:
1 package of Johnsonville brats (5-6 brats)
28 oz jar spaghetti sauce
14.5 oz green beans, drained
2 (4 ounce) cans mushrooms, sliced and drained
8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 / 4 C grated Parmesan cheese
What that should do:
Mocosos Cut into small pieces. Cook in a skillet until juices run clear, drain on paper towels. Mix Mocosos, mushrooms, beans and salsa spaghetti on a plate. Grease a 9 x 9 inch pan with cooking spray for cooking. Pour mixture into pan. Sprinkle the Parmesan. pot is over with mozzarella cheese. Bake to 350 degrees in preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, uncovered. Cheese should melt, but not brown. best food served over noodles.
Beer Soaked Bratwurst
What you need:
1 pound sausage
2 cans 12 ounces beer
1 medium onion, chopped
16 oz jar sauerkraut with caraway seeds, drained
1 green pepper, chopped
2 T butter
What it does:
Bratwurst layer at the bottom of 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking pan. Pour the beer sausages and cover with foil. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. In a medium saucepan, add butter, onion and green pepper. Cook over med heat until lightly browned. Add the sauerkraut, stir and continue heating for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Wrap cabbage mixture in aluminum foil and set aside. Add brats and beer to skillet or large pan, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
The gas grill:
FRONT in the back burners and med heat and let half out. Set of aluminum covered kraut to one side, away from direct heat. amid brats from the grill and cover. brats Cook for 10 -12 minutes, making sure they are browned on both sides and watching for outbreaks.
The charcoal grill:
Cook all ashen coals for 10 -15 minutes, turning often and preventing outbreaks. Cook kraut away from fire. Serve brats on buns with the mixture of higher kraut and spicy mustard, or your choice of condiments.
