Limoncello Drink Recipes

Recipe for limoncello?
Does anyone have a recipe for limoncello, is what we all feel to take forever until your ready to drink?
Use ONLY in Italy Sorrento Lemons. The best alcohol would be 190 proof grain alcohol (Grano de Oro) 17 large lemons, preferably organic Two bottles grain alcohol-750 5 ml 1 / 2 cups water 6 cups sugar Wash and dry the lemons. With a paring knife, remove the ends. With a vegetable peeler, remove only the peel yellow, leaving the bone intact. (Squeeze juice from the lemons and reserve for another use.) Place lemon peel in a quart Mason jar-4-seal the rubber cap. Add the grain alcohol, making sure the lemon peel is completely covered. Store in a cool dark place and shake the jar once a day to shake lemon peel. On the 13th, bring water to boil in large saucepan. Add the sugar and remove from heat, stirring until dissolved. Cover and chill at room temperature. Place a colander over the top of the pan and strain the contents of the mason jar. Discard the lemon peel. Stir to combine liquid, about 1 minute. Transfer back to the Mason jar. Shop 3 weeks in a cool dark place, shaking to agitate the liquid twice a day. After 3 weeks, transfer the limoncello to smaller bottles that can be sealed with rubber stoppers. Store bottles in freezer. Serve directly from freezer.
