Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
* 1 teaspoon white sugar
* 1 1 / 2 cup warm water (110 degrees C ° f/45)
1 tablespoon dry yeast active *
1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 teaspoon salt
2 cups whole wheat flour
* 1 1 / 2 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions:
In a large bowl, dissolve sugar in hot water. Sprinkle the yeast on top and let sit for about 10 minutes, until foamy.
Mix the olive oil and salt into yeast mixture, then mix the whole wheat flour and 1 cup of the flour until the dough starts to come together. When you replicate mass. Then cover it in both fists, and gently pull the edges outward, while rotating the crust. When the circle has reached the desired size, place in a well-greased pizza pan. Top pizza with your favorite toppings (salsa, cheese, meat or vegetables).
Bake for 16 to 20 minutes (depending on thickness) in the preheated oven, until bread is crisp and golden around the edges, and cheese is melted on top.
