Recipes for people watching their diet that can cook?

Any desserts or snacks and breakfast. I have all the food recipes for people like me "looking their diet. "I would like any recipes and tips for watching your diet! Thanks. Try to keep the calories to 1,500. Doctor says that this is best for my weight and body type and height if I want to lose weight / stay healthy. I'm trying to avoid excess sugar and carbohydrates. Will eat them, but not many!

When you are cooking instead of sugar use artificial sweeteners. Diabetes is I bought a cookbook for the same reason as you.
