Pot Roast Crockpot Recipes
What would be a good substitute for a stove top?
I have to do a roast for some people who are coming up, but our range does not operate at this time. The recipe I have (and like) is a stove, and I really do not want to find a new one, and I do not like making things unproven for guests. I have an electric skillet, but I want to know if I could use anything else. Crockpots No please, I have tested and do not work for me.
Give the skillet a try. If large enough to imitate what you do with the recipe on the stove top, then should work. Do you have a gas grill? If so, could make your recipe with your grill. I would love the recipe
