Need help finding a recipe book on Polish cooking skills?
I am currently looking for a cookbook that covers the classic recipes and basic cooking skills (which the textbooks of the CIA, Delia Smith, Leith, etc) in Polish. For now, the training of a promising former dishwasher male competency of the kitchen, and though his English is coming along I think this would really help him. Any idea what to buy, and where could get online?
