Does anyone have the recipe for Tofu Pie Baptist Academy Hawaii Cookbook.?

It has gelatin, a thin layer of cream cheese, and a shortbread crust.

Dont know if this is it.maybe can add cream cheese? TOFU PIE JELLO 10.5 ounces 1 teaspoon soft tofu. lemon juice 1 sm. pkg. (strawberry or any flavor) Gelatin 1 cup hot water 8 oz Shortbread Crust Cool Whip Blend together tofu and lemon juice with electric mixer. Melt the gelatin with hot water. Add gelatin to tofu crushed. Pour mixture into Graham Cracker crust. Let cool. Top with Cool Whip.
