Cookbooks Gordon Ramsay
ow i food look good to eat, but also surprising to eat?

My wife and I love the kitchen to the underworld. We think that the food they looks absolutely wonderful. My question is where can we find cookbooks or websites that show how to make dishes look good. I want people see our food and I can not wait to try it. I've looked at Gordon Ramsay cookery books, and it seems like they're very, very complicated and have too much fish (my wife and I do not eat a lot of fish). We are not good cooks. I just want to make the food simple and surprising to learn the basics of gourmet cooking. Oh and I need to have lots of pictures! Most of the time I have no idea what a dish tastes like without seeing it. I know what I'm asking a lot, help!

There are two very good cookbooks text with great pictures: "The Professional Chef - Culinary Institute of America and" the kitchen "- Labensky and Hause. Also, try this website: http://www.acfchefs.org This website contains a lot of great books, but you will have to dig through the menus of the website to find them. There are some great books out there in the presentation of plaques. Just do not know the names of right hand. As for preparing food that tastes good, it's just a matter of trial and error. The great chef Georges Auguste Escoffier once said that you had to prepare a dish 100 times before they can fully understand and appreciate. In other words, practice, practice, practice.
