I'm on a mission for the world's most delicious cookies and brownies!! I don't have too many recipes or cookbooks, but baking is my passion with the few recipes I have.

This is a 5 Star Recipe that is so heavenly there is nothing compared to it. The brownie is so chewy and delicious. People say this is the best brownie recipe in the world. From my uncle's resteraunt.
THE ULTIMATE FROSTED FUDGE CHOCOLATE M&M BROWNIE SUPER DELUXE

The Ultimate Frosted Fudge Chocolate M&M Brownie Super Deluxe is my absolute favorite brownie. It is tall like a cakey-brownie, but is dense like a fudgy-brownie. I'm sure it will be one of your favorite brownie recipes too.
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 40 minutes
Total Time: 60 minutes
Ingredients:
* 8 - 1 ounce squares of unsweetened chocolate
* 1 cup butter
* 5 eggs
* 3 cups sugar
* 1 tablespoon vanilla
* 1-1/2 cups flour
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 2-1/2 cups chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 13 pan
Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat; set aside. In a mixer, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla at high speed for 10 minutes**. Blend in chocolate mixture, flour and salt until just mixed. Stir in the chocolate chips. Pour into prepared pan .
Bake for 35-40 minutes. (Don't overbake.) Cool and frost (recipie for frosting below) if desired, but that is not necessary.
** It's not required, but this is when it's very nice to own a stand mixer.

"PERFECTLY CHOCOLATE" CHOCOLATE FROSTING
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
2/3 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup of M&M's (optional)
Melt butter. Stir in cocoa. Alternately add
powdered sugar and milk, beating to
spreading consistency. Add small amount additional milk, if needed. Stir in vanilla. Mix
with M&M's ( if necessary). About 2 cups of frosting.

This is another 5 star recipe from my Uncle's resteraunt and many celebrities have eaten this saying they love it. It's called "Royaly Frosted Sugar Cookies"
Sugar Cookies
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
Frosting:
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 Tablespoons milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Food coloring (optional)
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Add sour cream and vanilla, and mix well. Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda, add to the creamed mixture and mix well. Chill dough at least 2 hours or overnight.
2. Roll dough out on a heavily floured surface to a 1/4 inch thickness. Cut with a 3 inch cookie cutter. Place on lightly greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 F for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cookie springs back when lightly touched. Cool. Mix all frosting ingredients until smooth; spread over cookies. Decorate with sprinkles or colored sugar.
