Any tips for making bread healthier?
The bread is high in calories, but I am very interested and I absolutley love baking. Flour is the main thing, I've discovered that I could use skim milk, SPLENDA sugar, cooking spray, but is there any other advice on how make cakes with less calories? Please do not link to bring to a diet of websites or anything like that. I appreciate it! So wait ... can only use honey instead of sugar?
- Replace half the flour with whole wheat flour - honey, use as (sweetener artificial sweetener is very unhealthy !!!!) - Any vegetable puree that you like and mix in the dough
